MEDHA DAJEE

Medha obtained her LLB at Anglia Ruskin University where she completed a dissertation that encompasses Human rights Law. Medha is currently completing her Legal Practice Course with Masters in Law.

Medha carried out work experience in a solicitors firm and Barristers Chambers specialising in immigration Law. Medha has also volunteered at the local Citizen Advice Bureau office part of benefit appeals project.

Medha is keen to encourage community awareness of the most vulnerable in society. Medha previously worked in a dementia friendly care home where she received training in Mental Capacity and Deprivation of Liberty safeguards whilst also reinforcing core values of personal accountability, reliable, respectful, honest and straightforward.  Medha pro-actively engaged in a project as the care home embracing the concept of community and social responsibility therefore reached out to the community to enrich the valuable knowledge that was held by the elderly.

Medha has a passion for Human Rights and Mental Health Law and committed to providing her client’s highest quality service in a professional manner.

 Medha is experienced in representing clients at Hospital Managers Hearings, Care Programme Approach Meetings, s117 Meetings, Discharge meetings and preparing for First Tier Tribunal.

Medha is dedicated in making a difference and partaking in social events that encourages networking with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.
