TRAINEE SOLICITOR

Mohammad completed the Legal Practice Course with LLM from the University of Law in Guildford. Prior to this, Mohammad graduated from University having completed his LLB Law Degree from BPP University in Waterloo.

Mohammad is extremely passionate about Human Rights and Mental Health Law and enjoys gaining an in-depth understanding of each client. Mohammad understands the complexities and problems arising within Mental Health law matters. Mohammad aims to use his knowledge and skills of interacting with individuals from different backgrounds as well as his multi-lingual skills to ensure that he provides the best possible service for all of his clients.

Mohammad has commenced his training contract and aspires to continue his successful journey as a committed legal practitioner at Bison Solicitors. Mohammad has been instructed to advocate at a number of hearings in which he has successfully communicated the instructions that have been given to him by his clients and intends to advocate at tribunal hearings after becoming a law society accredited panel member in due course.

In his spare time, Mohammad enjoys playing various sports including cricket and boxing. Mohammad also arranges local cricket tournaments and is the captain of his local cricket team. He also enjoys playing pool, reading and socialising with a close knit network of friends.
