Bethany’s passion for helping vulnerable client’s led her to become a Court of Protection Paralegal at Bison Solicitors. Having a personal interest in Human Right’s law, having studied Human Right’s Law at university, Bethany is keen to continue her education and knowledge of the Court of Protection. Bethany is passionate about making a difference and would describe the area of mental capacity law to be a broad area of law whereby case law is continuously clarifying shaping the understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Bethany is able to advise on whether an application should be brought to the Court of Protection and conduct proceedings with supervision. Bethany has a keen eye for detail and always challenges herself.
