Lindsay completed her LLB (Hons) Law degree at the University of Southampton in 2008 and went on to study the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Law in Guildford.

Lindsay was admitted to the roll as a solicitor in 2012, after completed her training contract with a niche Child Law firm where she primarily represented parents in Children Act 1989 proceedings. Lindsay took a career break following the birth of her children, but returned to practice in 2019 and now specialises in representing vulnerable clients who lack capacity in matters before the Court of Protection. She receives instructions from the Official Solicitor and family members in matters concerning the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, capacity and best interests.

In her spare time Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, as well as participating in water sports, particularly stand up paddle boarding and kayaking, watching musical theatre and reading contemporary fiction and autobiographies.
