Lindsay was admitted to the roll as a solicitor in 2012, after completed her training contract with a niche Child Law firm where she primarily represented parents in Children Act 1989 proceedings. Lindsay took a career break following the birth of her children, but returned to practice in 2019 and now specialises in representing vulnerable clients who lack capacity in matters before the Court of Protection. She receives instructions from the Official Solicitor and family members in matters concerning the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, capacity and best interests.
