TEAM PROFILE:
TAMMY CLARKSON

TAMMY CLARKSON Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives | Personal Injury Specialist

TAMMY CLARKSON

Tammy became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in May 2008 whilst working in national law firms from the age of 19.

Tammy was unsure of the legal route she wanted to take when leaving college so started work in a law firm exposed to various areas of law and continued her study alongside working.  She found herself working predominantly with injured Clients and enjoyed the successes she attained for them when they needed help the most.   She continued in this field developing her skill set and now has 20 years experience dealing with personal injury matters and 10 years experience in managing and developing teams of case handlers.

Being a personal injury lawyer is not just about being a good lawyer, it is about having understanding, compassion and the skill to gain a person’s trust in what can sometimes be a very difficult and stressful time for them.

Outside of work she likes to read, socialise, watch films and travel to places she has not been before.  One of her favourite places she has visited has been Havana in Cuba.

She has been a respite foster carer for the last 2 years as she has always wanted to support young people with their emotional needs, personal development and life skills.   She finds this role very rewarding.
